Inaugural Race - 23 November 2008 - White Hills
The first ever Witblitz Race turned out to be a huge success. There were 4 entrants and 4 heats were flown in amazingly good, sunny summer weather. Fortunately, there were no incidents during the race, but a mid-air did occur after the final heat race when Andre's racer tried to occupy the same space as Danie's beautifully decorated Witblitz. After the race, everyone present agreed that monthly races should be held, with White Hills Radio Flyers the preferred venue.
