New, faster model for 2012
This is a faster version of the popular Witblitz Pylon Racer. Speeds of up to 200km/h are easily attainable.
With a more powerful motor, the new Witblitz-2 needed a redesigned fuselage. Made of balsa and ply to withstand the higher flight stresses, the fuselage is now also much slimmer, adding to the funky good looks of this hasty new kid on the block.
The new tapered wing not only looks very elegant, it also sports a new, low drag airfoil. The Witblitz-2 is rock-solid at high speed, while retaining the easy-launching and slow-landing abilities of it's predecessor.
For slower speeds (up to 140km/h), the Witblitz-2 can also be powered with the same motor that the Witblitz-1 used (2208-1800Kv Outrunner on 3 LiPo cells).

The Witblitz-2 is a pylon racer / fast sport model, and is ideal for intermediate and experienced pilots looking for something that can get the adrenaline pumping, flies well and is quick and easy to build.
Less experienced pilots will also enjoy flying the Witblitz-2 if a less powerful motor is used. The easy-launching and slow-landing capabilities of this model will be encouraging to pilots wanting to progress to faster models.
